Five accounts, the numbers Google recorded, and the caveat beside each

Everything on this page is a figure from Search Console, PageSpeed Insights or a check you can repeat yourself, with the account described honestly enough that you can judge it. There are no client names, because the clients did not ask to be named. There are no testimonials, counters or logos, because those are easy to fake and this page is meant to be believed.

Account one

A remapping business in Chester, from nothing to the map pack in five weeks

A specialist vehicle remapping business with one location and no previous website. The site went live in July 2026 with a page per service, and the Google Business Profile was set up properly alongside it. Then the monthly routine: titles adjusted from the first month's query data, a review routine, one new page.

By week five the profile was third in the map pack for the main money search, from unlisted. Clicks from Google in month two were up 500 per cent on month one. The site scored 98 out of 100 for mobile performance in PageSpeed Insights. The figures are Search Console's and Google's, 30 days against the 30 before, read at the end of August 2026.

The caveat: a standing start flatters any percentage. The clicks went from single figures to dozens, which is real and small. The map pack leader has many times this business's reviews, and reviews, not the site, are now the limit. The report said so.

Account two

A tuning site rebuilt in place: 65 to 96 on a phone

An established business whose site had been built elsewhere. The home page took eleven seconds to become usable on a phone, an oversized hero image loaded on every visit, and six area pages were 72 per cent identical to each other. Nothing was rebuilt from scratch; the pages, the URLs and the copy that worked were kept.

After the rebuild the mobile performance score went from 65 to 96, largest contentful paint from 11.0 to 2.4 seconds, and duplication between the area pages from 72 to 29 per cent, measured on the live site with PageSpeed Insights and our own duplication test after deployment.

The caveat: speed and duplication are the parts of SEO that can be verified the same day. Their effect on rankings arrives over months and is not claimed on this page.

Account three

An air-conditioning company with a third of its products missing from Google

A Bulgarian air-conditioning company came to us with 120 pages, of which Search Console showed 71 indexed. The 53 missing were product pages, listed as crawled but not indexed. Structural fixes were made and the URLs resubmitted, and 33 of the 53 were back in the index within a week.

The caveat: 33 is not 53. The remaining 20 were reported as still to recover, not folded into a rounder number.

Accounts four and five

Two AI-readiness passes: a studio in Wrexham and a translation agency in Varna

Both sites went through the technical pass and then the AI-readiness checklist on the AI search page: crawler access, answer-first pages, consistent facts, validated structured data, the customer questions on the page, indexed and fast. Both passed every item.

The caveat: a pass means the site is readable, quotable and consistent, and that the monthly prompt check now has something to measure. It is not a ranking and it is not a promise that an assistant names either business for a given question. Those are recorded as they happen.

Our own sites

What we do to ourselves before we do it to clients

This site is one of a set of lead-generation sites we build and run for ourselves, each on the same method as a client account: technical baseline, one page per real search, structured data, a sitemap with true change dates, and a Search Console property from day one. On one of them, half of a 22-page site (11 pages) was indexed within four days of launch.

The caveat: indexing is the first step, not a result. It shows that the technical baseline works, which is the only claim being made.

How we measure

The four sources, all of which you can open yourself

Search Console for clicks, impressions, position and indexing, per query and per page; the property is shared with every client from week one. The Google Business Profile's own performance summary for calls, direction requests and profile views. PageSpeed Insights for speed on a phone. And your phone and inbox, for the only number that pays the invoice, which we ask you to note the source of and we count.

What is not here

And why

No “ranked number one” screenshots, because they are usually for searches nobody makes. No testimonials with a first name and a stock photograph. No counters of clients served or keywords ranked. No case study we do not have yet: when an account in your sector has numbers, it goes here with its caveat, and until then the accounts above are the honest evidence of the method.

The report

What the two pages look like every month

Page one: the searches we are working on, with clicks, impressions and position from Search Console, and the two or three numbers that look odd explained rather than hidden. Page two: what we did, what it changed, what we refused to touch and why, what happens next month, and what we need from you. To see a real one with the client's details removed, ask on the quote form.
